자주 묻는 질문

처음 실행했더니 홈 폴더를 선택하라고 합니다.: Biumac은 Mac App Store 앱이라 App Sandbox 안에서 실행되고, 사용자가 허용한 폴더만 읽을 수 있습니다. 홈 폴더(사용자 이름 폴더)를 그대로 선택하고 "허용"을 누르면 됩니다. 한 번만 물어봅니다.
"전체 디스크 접근"은 왜 필요한가요?: 캐시, 로그, 브라우저 데이터 같은 위치는 macOS가 추가로 보호합니다. 홈 화면의 안내에서 "시스템 설정 열기"를 누르고 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 전체 디스크 접근에서 Biumac을 켜 주세요. 켜지 않아도 나머지 기능은 동작합니다.
지운 파일을 되돌리고 싶습니다.: 사이드바의 보관함에서 항목을 고르고 "복원"을 누르면 원래 자리로 돌아갑니다. 보관함의 파일은 설정한 기간(기본 30일)이 지나면 자동으로 지워집니다.

14일 체험은 어떻게 시작하나요?: 설정(⌘,) > 라이선스에서 "14일 체험 시작"을 누르면 App Store 확인 창이 뜨고, 승인하면 바로 Pro 기능이 열립니다. 무료 상품이라 결제되지 않으며, 체험이 끝나면 자동으로 무료 플랜으로 돌아갑니다. 구독으로 전환되지 않습니다.
가족과 함께 쓸 수 있나요?: 네. Biumac Pro는 Apple 가족 공유를 지원합니다. 가족 그룹의 구성원은 각자의 Mac에서 설정 > 라이선스의 "구매 항목 복원"을 누르면 Pro가 활성화됩니다.
어떤 Mac에서 쓸 수 있나요?: macOS 14 Sonoma 이상을 실행하는 Apple Silicon Mac(M1 이후)에서 동작합니다. 같은 Apple 계정으로 로그인한 Mac이면 몇 대든 쓸 수 있습니다.
새 Mac에서 Pro가 인식되지 않습니다.: 같은 Apple 계정으로 App Store에 로그인한 뒤 설정 > 라이선스에서 "구매 항목 복원"을 누르세요. 체험을 시작했다면 체험 시계도 함께 복원됩니다.
로그인 항목을 제거했는데 아직 실행 중입니다.: App Store 버전은 실행 중인 항목을 즉시 멈출 수 없습니다. 항목 파일은 보관함으로 옮겨졌고, 다음 로그인부터는 시작되지 않습니다.
어떤 항목이 "공증 안 됨"이나 "서명 없음"으로 표시됩니다.: Biumac은 서명이 말해 주는 사실만 보여 줍니다. 개발 도구가 만든 서명 없는 도우미는 흔합니다. 기억나지 않는 항목이라면 한 번 살펴볼 가치가 있다는 뜻이지, 위험하다는 판정이 아닙니다.
Biumac을 완전히 제거하려면?: Biumac을 종료하고 응용 프로그램 폴더에서 휴지통으로 옮기세요. 보관함에 남은 파일을 먼저 복원하거나 지웠는지 확인하세요.

Frequently asked questions

On first launch, Biumac asks me to choose my home folder.: Biumac is a Mac App Store app and runs inside the App Sandbox, so it can only read folders you have allowed. Pick your home folder (the one named after your user) as it is and click Allow. Biumac asks once.
Why does it want Full Disk Access?: macOS protects locations such as caches, logs and browser data separately. Use "Open System Settings" from the suggestion on Home and turn Biumac on under Privacy & Security > Full Disk Access. Everything else works without it.
I want a file back.: Open Vault in the sidebar, pick the item and click Restore; it returns to where it was. Vault items are removed automatically after the retention period you set (30 days by default).
How much does Biumac Pro cost?: The US App Store launch price is US$4.99 from October 2 through December 30, 2026, then US$9.99 from December 31. This is a one-time purchase; 90 days is the offer period, not an access limit. See the purchase screen in the app for local pricing.
What does Pro add over the free plan?: The free plan includes every scan and review plus 1 GB of cleanup per 30 days. Pro removes the limit and adds the app uninstaller and live Space Map updates. Buy once to keep Pro features in the current version and future 1.x releases, with no expiration. Includes 1.x updates. Future major upgrades, such as 2.0, may be offered as optional separate purchases. No subscription. The 14-day trial starts from Settings > License.
How do I get a refund?: Biumac Pro is sold through the Mac App Store, so Apple handles refunds. Find the purchase at reportaproblem.apple.com and choose "Report a problem". We cannot issue refunds ourselves, but email us if you get stuck.
How does the 14-day trial work?: In Settings (⌘,) > License, click "Start 14-day Trial". The App Store confirmation appears; once approved, every Pro feature is on. It is a free product, nothing is charged, and when the trial ends the app simply returns to the free plan. It never converts into a subscription.
Can my family use it?: Yes. Biumac Pro supports Apple Family Sharing. Members of your family group click Restore Purchases in Settings > License on their own Mac to activate Pro.
Which Macs are supported?: Apple silicon Macs (M1 or later) running macOS 14 Sonoma or later. Use it on as many Macs as are signed in to the same Apple Account.
Pro isn't recognised on my new Mac.: Sign in to the App Store with the same Apple Account, then click Restore Purchases in Settings > License. A started trial is restored with it.
I removed a login item but it is still running.: The App Store version cannot stop a running item immediately. Its file has been moved to the Vault and it will not start at your next login.
An item shows "Not notarized" or "Unsigned".: Biumac only reports what the signature says. Unsigned helpers from developer tools are common. An item you don't recognise is worth a look; the tag is not a verdict that it is harmful.
How do I uninstall Biumac?: Quit Biumac and move it from Applications to the Trash. Restore or delete anything still in the Vault first.
